Can’t open SQL Server Configuration Manager

 Resolution:

 1. Open command prompt with Run As Administrator option
2. CD C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\120\Shared
3. Run the following command

 mofcomp     sqlmgmproviderxpsp2up.mof
